The complete archives of The Taper, a blog created by Brandon Butler in 2016 as part of his work for the UVA Library as Director of Information Policy. The blog was retired in 2024, shortly before Brandon left the University. The posts are text files in Markdown format, as the blog was created using the Jekyll static site software. Opening the ZIP file will yield a folder with all of the posts inside. The blog was originally published subject to a CC0 copyright waiver, and it is published here under the same terms.
