This research paper examines local governments' approaches and attitudes about climate equity in the Eastern Shore of Virginia. This is done through a content analysis of planning documents, a transportation analysis, and a financial analysis of local government spending. This project was prepared for partners at the Equity Center, and it was completed to fulfill the requirements for PLAN 6020: Methods of Community Research and Engagement and PLAN 6040: Quantitative Methods of Planning Analysis. This work was produced with guidance from Professor Barbara Brown Wilson and Professor Andres Mondschein.
