Abstract:

The iTHRIV Research Administration Portal for Training Resources (RAPTR) is a standardized training program for research administrators. RAPTR utilizes the iTHRIV Research Concierge Portal, a tool developed as a resource for a clinical translational research workforce to provide easy, searchable access to training resources. RAPTR includes on-line training modules that are available on-demand and are paired with virtual, in person “office hours.”
Current training modules include:
Orientation Series (9 Sections) – General overview of university systems and training, resources, institutional meetings and listservs, research related polices, professional development information and a glossary of common terms.
Proposal Submission Series (8 Sections) – Each section covers a different topic: Letters of Intent, Budgets, Facilities & Administration Costs, Sponsor Guidelines and Restrictions, Internal forms and routing.
Post Submission Series (2 Sections) – Currently covers NIH Just in Time requests and how to put together your Other Support document.
